How long does my order take to ship?

Standard standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for your heavenly creations to arrive at your doorstep!

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, I regret to inform you that I do not ship internationally.

What is your return policy? 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact me, Livi, and I will work with you to find a solution. Due to the nature of my products and for hygiene reasons, I do not accept physical returns. However, I will offer a replacement item or a refund in certain circumstances if contacted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Damaged Items


If your product arrives damaged, please notify me by email at livis.soap@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product.

Once notified, I will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card account used at the time of purchase. 

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
